Role: Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales & CPQ)

Position: Contract (Inside IR35)

Location: London (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a “solution-minded” Senior Business Systems Analyst and product owner with experience on Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud along with a strong understanding of SaaS products. You will be responsible for creating and delivering value with business process optimization and systems automation on the lead, deal registration, account, contact, opportunity management and CPQ areas. You will be part of the IT Business Applications team, engaging and collaborating with the cross-functional teams from Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations and Channel Operations. The main responsibility of this position will be to partner directly with our sales business leaders and other key stakeholders to implement new enhancements in Salesforce to support and automate our lead to quote processes. You will be challenged to think creatively about how to reshape existing processes to become more efficient and your work will be integral to supporting a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Lead to Quote architecture, preparing roadmaps, business systems analysis, building proof of concepts, and developing scalable and flexible solution architectures
  • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud modules like ESM, EPC, IOM, Omniscripts etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements
  • Design and develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges
  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration projects
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis and develop innovative solutions to meet business needs
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams
  • Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for users
  • Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvement strategies
  • Build POCs and demonstrate to stakeholders the new Salesforce feature releases
  • Should be able to configure Salesforce using point and click and Identify & Drive when to code and when not to
  • Map Business requirements to Salesforce standard OOTB features
  • Identify recurring issues that will drive system improvements and maintain run book
  • Work collaboratively and closely with Onshore and Offshore Developers during the execution phase

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as a business systems analyst on the Salesforce platform
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience of Salesforce Industries Clouds especially in Communication cloud
  • Deep knowledge and experience in implementing Sales Processes and Pipeline management such as lead management, account management, opportunity management, Territory Management, Quote & Forecasting, etc.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows, validation rules, etc.
  • Strong Knowledge of Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce
  • Good understanding of Einstein Analytics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to achieve challenging goals and objectives
  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and listening
  • Fair, objective, and data-driven in decision making
  • Experience with Salesforce managed packages
  • Must have Salesforce Sales Cloud certification
  • 4-year Degree in BS/BA, MIS or comparable technical degree
