CPC Driver Trainer

About the Role:

We are a leading provider of Road Safety Education, delivering driver training to over 800,000 qualified road users annually. Due to high demand, our Fleet and Driver Risk Management division is expanding. We are seeking professional driver trainers to work with our clients across the UK on a contract for services or self-employed basis. Work can be online or at customer sites, with mileage expenses covered at 22p per mile for in-person delivery.

We offer competitive day rates (up to £250 per day), regular work without travel between lessons and locations, and courses running 7 days a week, including evenings. We provide a comprehensive remote induction and training program, ongoing CPD, and opportunities to work across our group in both private and public sectors, subject to training requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Teaching qualification at Level 3 or higher (e.g., AET, PTTLS, CertEd, PGCE)
• Experience delivering driver training, particularly to experienced drivers (LGV/HGV and PSV experience desirable)
• Professional Indemnity/Public Liability insurance coverage
• Own laptop with basic IT skills; minimum system requirements available here
