Classroom and Online Trainer Position in Devon and Cornwall

Due to increased demand for our police and court-referred driver training schemes delivered throughout Great Britain, we are looking to expand our panel of professional road safety trainers to deliver Police-referred National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) courses to over 750,000 drivers each year in a classroom setting. We are actively recruiting new trainers to join our panel throughout Devon and Cornwall at our Training Centres in Redruth, St Austell, and Bideford.

If you want the flexibility to work at a time and frequency that suits you (or to supplement a primary income with weekend work), we have the availability to work with you on a freelance/self-employed basis with day rates starting at £152.00 – £168.00 per day. We offer a comprehensive trainer development programme to support each candidate through the NDORS accreditation process and provide all the core capabilities to deliver the current suite of NDORS road safety training courses. Click here to find out more details of TTC\’s NDORS course delivery requirements or click on the following link for NDORS course specification requirements: Classroom NDORS Trainer.

In addition to meeting the person specification, all new trainers are required to either hold (or be prepared to undertake) an Enhanced DBS check and Public Liability/Professional Indemnity Insurance.
