Position: Full-time

TTC Group are looking for an IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our growing team in the UK. Aptitude, attitude and a desire to succeed and progress are paramount. We are looking to recruit a driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced delivery environment, managing multiple accounts and consistently achieving placement targets across our in-house client portfolio.

You will deliver an effective recruitment delivery service, sourcing and managing suitable candidates for a variety of IT vacancies across multiple client accounts. You will develop strong candidate relationships and build expertise within our core technology markets, enabling you to consistently make placements and contribute towards team delivery targets.

Role Outline:

  • Source candidates and coordinate recruitment processes for vacancies on behalf of our UK, US and Indian entities
  • Deliver against monthly placement and activity targets across multiple client accounts
  • Work closely with account managers and senior consultants to support active hiring requirements
  • Use job boards, CRM systems and other databases to identify suitable candidate CVs for live vacancies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates within the IT market
  • Conduct telephone and video interviews with candidates
  • Qualify candidate suitability against client requirements and culture fit
  • Manage candidate submissions through to interview and placement stages
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide candidates with ongoing support and guidance
  • Manage offer negotiation, onboarding processes and post-placement candidate care
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within internal systems
  • Support delivery across permanent and contract IT recruitment assignments

Experience & Skills Required:

  • A real desire to forge a career, self-motivation and resilience
  • Previous recruitment delivery, resourcing or talent acquisition experience within the IT sector
  • Experience recruiting within UK, US or European technology markets is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Candidate-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Drive to continually improve performance and progress within the business
