About Us
At TTC, we're on a mission to transform how businesses and individuals think about competency management and performance. Through transformation, acquisitions, and a people-first culture, we're building a smarter, safer, more connected future. We're growing fast — and our transformation journey needs the right support to keep us moving at pace.
The Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of TTC's large-scale transformation programmes and acquisition integration projects. You'll play a key role in making sure plans are executed smoothly, milestones are tracked, and governance is followed. Working alongside the Programme Manager and senior stakeholders, you'll be the backbone of our PMO team — keeping projects on track, on time, and aligned to our strategy.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a portfolio of transformation and acquisition projects.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, actions, risks, and issue logs in line with PMO governance standards.
- Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and governance forums — ensuring agendas, actions, and decisions are captured and followed through.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, escalating risks or delays to the Programme Manager and Chief of Staff.
- Prepare clear and engaging status reports, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders.
- Help embed consistency, structure, and best practice across the transformation portfolio.
What You'll Bring
- Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the confidence to chase actions and drive progress.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, ideally in a transformation or change environment.
- Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management tools, methods, or governance frameworks (e.g., PMO, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic business.
Why Join Us?
- Be at the heart of exciting transformation and growth programmes.
- Gain experience in large-scale change and acquisition integration.
- Be part of a high-growth, acquisitive organisation where change is the norm, not the exception.
- Make a tangible impact on the future direction of TTC.
- Collaborative culture that values curiosity, excellence, courage, and commitment.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
At TTC, our values of curiosity, collaboration, integrity, and excellence shape how we work and how we treat each other. We're committed to building diverse, inclusive teams where everyone can thrive. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and will support any reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process.
