Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Setup & Operations: Oversee warehouse layout, equipment procurement, and system configuration; Ensure compliance and efficient inventory management; Develop operational standards for storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff; Provide ERP/system training to ensure operational proficiency.
  • System & Supply Chain Optimization: Proficient in WMS/ERP systems to streamline processes; Coordinate with HQ and logistics partners for seamless operations.
  • Cost & Performance Control: Monitor warehouse costs and improve efficiency; Establish and track KPIs to meet industry standards.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse/e-commerce operations, with knowledge of UK logistics;
  • Proven warehouse setup experience (SOPs, equipment, etc.);
  • Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (e-commerce logistics preferred);
  • Strong team leadership and cross-functional communication skills;
  • Fluent English for local stakeholder coordination;
  • Data analysis skills to optimize operations;
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus.
