Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between parents and UK schools, handling academic inquiries and student support
- Provide guardianship services for international students, including holiday accommodation and travel arrangements
- Manage school-related paperwork, such as enrollment forms and visa documentation, ensuring compliance
- Recruit and coordinate English teachers/tutors for GCSE/A-Level programs, supporting educational needs
Candidate Requirements:
- UK permanent residency or British passport (no visa sponsorship)
- Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese
- Minimum 2 years in UK education/guardianship roles (training available for exceptional candidates without relevant experience)
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to coordinate with parents, schools and multiple organizations
- Passionate about the education industry and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
