At TT Electronics, Abercynon, we're hiring for a Sales Account Manager to join our team. The role of the Sales Account Manager is to drive order intake, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction by owning the end-to-end sales desk process, converting enquiries into orders, accelerating response times and ensuring seamless execution across internal functions. The role acts as the commercial hub between customer, engineering and operations, ensuring fast, accurate and competitive responses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial Ownership
    • Own and manage customer enquiries from receipt through to delivery.
    • Convert enquiries into orders through proactive follow-up and commercial awareness.
    • Ensure pricing, lead times and terms align with margin expectations.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Customer Interface
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
    • Deliver fast, accurate and professional responses to all enquiries.
    • Build strong working relationships with customers to support repeat business.
    • Communicate proactively on delivery status, risks and solutions.
