Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to play a key technical role within our Microelectronics business. This role is suited to an engineer who wants real autonomy, with the freedom to innovate and make design decisions.
The role involves:
- Leading the design and development of high‑performance power module products.
- Exercising technical authority in design decisions and introducing new approaches.
- Innovating to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Owning delivery within a rapid development lifecycle.
- Supporting a wide range of customers, working closely with Sales and Business Development to shape new products and secure future business opportunities.
- Demonstrating technical leadership and direction sustaining and improving existing product lines.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in power module design.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in an engineering discipline.
