Role Overview and Responsibilities
What can I expect to do as a Wireperson at TT Electronics? You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality cable assemblies and electronic components that meet exacting standards. Every build you complete contributes directly to the performance and reliability of our products. Depending on your experience, you’ll:
- Assemble cables, harnesses, and electronic components with precision and care.
- Use specialist skills such as crimping, soldering, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Work independently on complex builds or develop your skills with guidance from experienced Team Leaders.
- Ensure every product meets strict quality and specification requirements.
- Accurately record your work and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver on time, every time.
You’ll also have opportunities to mentor others, share ideas, and contribute to continuous improvement across the site!
