Role Overview and Responsibilities

We're seeking a highly organised, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Divisional Executive Vice President and adhoc support to the functional Vice Presidents who report into this Leader, helping to coordinate key divisional activities and business initiatives.

As a trusted partner to senior leadership, the Executive Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective coordination of business activities across the Power Division. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating within a fast-paced corporate environment and manufacturing setting, managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.

Working as part of a small, collaborative Executive Support team, the role contributes to the delivery of seamless continuity of service across the organisation, including supporting leadership meetings and events, and providing cover for executive support colleagues during periods of absence, including the CEO's Executive Assistant.

The role is part-time, the days and hours are open for discussion, and will operate on a hybrid working model, with presence on-site at one of our UK manufacturing sites, and working from home.

Occasional travel to London and other company locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing high-level executive support to the Divisional Executive Vice President.
  • Supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously, managing complex and changing priorities across divisional and site activities.
  • Coordinating executive-level administration including diary management, travel, events, and leadership communications.
  • Producing and coordinating high-quality business outputs including presentations, agendas, reports, briefing papers, and other executive documentation from verbal instruction, meeting notes, and draft materials.
  • Collating, editing, and distributing leadership materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Acting as a key coordination point across corporate and manufacturing environments, supporting smooth execution of leadership activities.
  • Leading the coordination of meetings and visitor experiences, including room preparation, catering arrangements, access requirements, and on-site welcome, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for all attendees as the first point of contact for TT and the Divisional Team.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience providing executive-level support within a complex business environment.
  • Proven ability to support multiple senior leaders simultaneously while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and a clear focus on delivery and follow-through.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business productivity tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to senior audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate needs, identify issues, and work independently.
  • Demonstrates the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with sound judgement when managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to support across teams and travel occasionally as required.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience (business, engineering, operations, or related field)
  • Experience operating effectively in both corporate and manufacturing / operational environments would enhance your application, but is not essential to apply.

  • A competitive salary aligned to experience and responsibility
