Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Customer Programme Manager (CPM) is responsible for the overall management of assigned customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service, commercial success and long‑term growth. Acting as the primary customer interface, the CPM oversees all aspects of account management, including relationship development, contract execution and reporting financial performance. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Operations teams to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Account Management
  • Primary point of contact for all operational and commercial matters related to assigned customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead customer interactions, including regular meetings, business reviews and strategic discussions.
