Starting in September 2026, based at our manufacturing facility in Bedlington, Northumberland, this programme puts you at the heart of our manufacturing operations. You will gain hands-on experience and work on real projects that shape how our products are designed, built and improved, while supporting our commitment to innovation and sustainability.
Through a series of hands-on rotations across the manufacturing operation, you’ll gain real responsibility from day one. You’ll dive into production planning and scheduling within a fast-paced environment, be involved in kitting and material availability, and help keep operations running smoothly. You will work on live continuous improvement projects, learn problem-solving techniques, boost yield, and drive productivity improvements that make a real impact on the business.
Upon successful completion of the two-year scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a permanent role at TT Electronics, building a career that grows with you. If you’re looking for responsibility, variety, and the chance to leave your mark early in your career, this is where it begins!
At TT, we’re committed to developing our graduates into leading technical professionals, and we’ll support you through your preferred route for professional development. Throughout the scheme, you’ll develop valuable skills and hands-on experience, with exposure to Lean principles and problem-solving techniques. Alongside role-specific training, you’ll receive professional membership and support obtaining relevant certifications, providing industry recognition, access to learning resources and publications, networking and event opportunities, and the chance to engage in volunteering that enhances both your experience and professional profile. Depending on your chosen career path, we’ll also fully fund and support you with your professional accreditation.
