TT Electronics, a global electronics manufacturer powering everything from satellites to stairlifts, is looking for a proactive, commercially minded Group Legal Counsel to join their small but high-impact legal team.

As Group Legal Counsel – Europe, you’ll report directly to the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary and act as a trusted advisor across TT’s UK and EU operations. Responsibilities include:
- Leading on commercial contracting across customers, suppliers, consultancy and distribution agreements
- Supporting compliance across data protection, export controls, anti-bribery, and wider regulatory matters
- Managing litigation and disputes
- Liaising with top-tier external counsel
- Providing training across sites - including UK travel and occasional trips to Asia
You’ll work closely with a small, agile legal team including the GC, a Deputy CoSec, a US-qualified lawyer, and your counterpart in the UK/Asia region.
Experience in commercial contracts with an interest to learn more is required. No sector experience needed (but always a bonus).
3 days/week in the office; travel to UK sites encouraged (4–6 times per year); join a vibrant head office of ~20 people with real cross-functional collaboration.
