As our Operations Manager, based at Eastleigh, you will lead and oversee all operational functions of the business, ensuring high standards of production efficiency, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage production and planning to achieve business objectives.
- Own operational KPIs, driving a culture of 5S and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with production managers to ensure adherence to health & safety, quality, and cost targets.
- Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure operational plans meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
- Adhere to compliance requirements for export controls.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and EN 9100 requirements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency.
- Manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining quality and service.
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, ensuring clear communication of objectives.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change.

- Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Significant experience managing operations within a manufacturing environment.
