Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Microelectronics value stream, you will be the primary point of contact between customers and the organization, ensuring accurate order management, clear communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction in a highly regulated, high‑precision environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Communication
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding quotes, orders, delivery status, and general enquiries.
  • Quote Management
  • Support the Sales function with timely submission of quotes and follow‑ups to achieve department order intake targets.
  • Order Management
  • Process customer orders accurately in the SAP ERP system.
  • Manage order acknowledgments, changes, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate shipment schedules in line with production plans and customer requirements.
  • Internal Coordination
  • Liaise with production, planning, quality, engineering, and logistics teams to support customer needs.
  • Quality, Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure orders comply with customer specifications, contracts, and quality standards.
  • Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
  • Support investigations and resolution of customer complaints and non‑conformances.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
