Customer Programme Manager

Key Responsibilities Leading customer interactions, including regular meetings, business reviews and strategic discussions. Ensuring all customer commitments are met or exceeded. Seeking out new business opportunities. Managing and resolving issues and escalations. Ensuring accurate and timely financial forecasting, including revenue, order intake and backlog. Overseeing contract execution to minimise risk and ensure compliance. Securing timely payment collection and managing pricing deviations. Maintaining accurate data within the ERP system. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and operational efficiency. Utilising standards tools and processes to regularly report to TT Electronics' leadership team on account status, opportunities, problems and outlook.
