Role Overview and Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality cable assemblies and electronic components that meet exacting standards.
Every build you complete directly contributes to the performance and reliability of our products.
- Assemble cables, harnesses and electronic components with precision and care.
- Use specialist skills such as crimping, soldering and interpreting technical drawings.
- Work independently on complex builds or develop your skills with guidance from experienced Team Leaders.
- Ensure every product meets strict quality and specification requirements.
- Accurately record your work and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver on time, every time.
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
- IPC620 certification.
- Hands‑on experience in a similar role and ability to demonstrate your skills.
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Takes initiative both independently and as part of a team.
- Natural problem‑solving ability.
- Motivated to learn and grow your career.
