The team It’s an exciting period of change at TT Club. To ensure these changes improve experiences to our people, members and business, TT Club has established a new internal Transformation Team. This growing team of transformation experts provides support to TT Club across a range of capabilities such as operating models (functional), service model (member facing), complex transformation programmes, business analysis and change management (including analysis, training, communications and BAU change).

What You’ll Do
- Support the development of Target Operating Models (TOMs) for business functions. This includes changes to organisational structures, culture, processes, vendors, governance, technologies & data.
- Business analysis to support capability design, process analysis and organisational transformation.
- Support the continued improvement of the Service Model that TT Club provides to its Members.
- Lead the delivery of change projects across multiple business functions (IT, finance, front-office etc) to ensure the realization of our strategic objectives.
- Utilise waterfall and agile delivery methods.
- Collaborate with business and programme teams to shape and influence priorities, stakeholder management, design governance, and TOM implementation activities.

- Lead the delivery of projects and/or play a key role on large / complex projects;
- Build positive relationships with senior leaders in the organisation;
- Influence the agenda for the team through the injection of innovative ideas and ways of thinking;
- Challenge conventional wisdom and freely expressing their own opinion.
The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications You Need
- Over 5 years of experience in a management consultancy role or as a high performing delivery professional.
- Educated to a minimum of 2:1 Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience working on large and complex consultancy assignments.

- An understanding and experience of iterative delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Scaled Agile, and an understanding of change management disciplines, processes and tools, such as:
- The key stages to lifecycle of change delivery.
- Stakeholder management and communication.
- Planning and progress tracking mechanisms, monitoring and managing issues, risks and dependencies.
- Providing governance forums with analysis regarding project performance costs.
- Established track record of operating model definition and large scale change implementation, commercial awareness and supplier management.
