It’s an exciting period of change at TT Club. To ensure these changes improve experiences to our people, members and business, TT Club has established a new internal Transformation Team. This is a growing team of transformation experts. The team provides support to TT Club, across a range of capabilities such as operating models (functional), service model (member facing), complex transformation programmes, business analysis and change management (including analysis, training, communications and BAU change).

What You\’ll Do: Type of Work
As a business analyst in the transformation team, your role could include:
- Process mapping
- Develop as-is and supporting the design of to-be processes
- Develop data flow diagrams to illustrate how data originates, is transformed, stored, and ultimately used
- Identify process optimisation opportunities and influence business users to adopt the recommendations.
- Requirements
- Work with business users across the globe and technical teams to elicit and document requirements for upcoming system changes.
- Work with technical teams to translate the business requirements into technical specifications.
- Work closely with business users and the change team to prioritise requirements in accordance to business needs.
- Testing
- Work closely with the test team and business users to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deriving test cases that validate end-to-end business processes.
- Communication & Training
- Develop training materials and delivering training across multiple time zones and regions
Responsibilities Of The Role
As a business analyst in the team, you will be expected to:
- Lead the development of process maps across all functions
- Build positive relationships with senior leaders in the organization;
- Influence the agenda for the team through the injection of innovative ideas and ways of thinking
The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications You Need
- Over 5 years of experience in a management consultancy role or as a high performing business analysis professional
- Educated to a minimum of 2:1 Bachelor\’s degree or other relevant qualifications
- Established track record of process mapping using BPMN (Business Process Modelling and Notation) and enterprise process mapping tooling.
- Proficient with JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint
- Proficient in SQL for querying and analysing data.
The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications That Will Help
- Relevant process modeling qualifications (e.g. PMI or BSI)
- Understanding of application architecture and system integration. Understanding of pricing models and rating algorithms
- Understanding of underwriting
- Experience working on agile delivery assignments;
- Experience in preparing and facilitating workshops;
- Experience in creating training materials and delivering training
- Insurance experience

Additional Details
This vacancy is for a 24 month fixed term, with the potential to become permanent. Roles are advertised with a competitive salary, 26 days holiday and generous pension contribution. We ask employees to spend 3 days a week in the office, with core days of Tuesday to Thursday, and working hours of 9:30 to 5:30.
