We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a growing warehouse and logistics operation in the Ipswich area. This role would suit candidates who enjoy hands-on work within a fast-moving distribution environment and are comfortable working as part of a team to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and accurately
- Assisting with palletising, stock movement and goods-in processes
- Supporting inventory checks and general warehouse organisation
- Following operational procedures and workplace safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within warehouse, logistics or fulfilment environments is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable working in a physically active role involving regular lifting and movement throughout the day
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow operational instructions
- Mandarin or Chinese-speaking ability would be preferred due to the nature of team communication and operational coordination
- A dependable and positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility to support additional operational requirements when needed
Experience with RF scanners, warehouse systems, pallet equipment or material-handling machinery would be advantageous.
