We are looking for a Supply Chain Administratorto join the Tsurumi Pumps UK team and support the efficient day-to-day operation of our supply chain activities.
This role would suit someone withsome previous experience or background knowledge in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, stock control or a similar environment, who is looking to develop their skills and take on further responsibility.
You don't need to know everything from day one.
We are looking for someone who understands the basics, is organised and proactive, and has the willingness to learn and adapt to our processes and way of working.

- Location: Maidstone Office
- Hours: 8:00am 5:30pm, with a 10:00am start on one fixed day each week
- Salary: £29,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing queries relating to purchase orders, product availability, lead times, dispatch dates and product defects.
- Raise and manage purchase orders for stock and non-stock goods and services.
- Monitor outstanding purchase orders and obtain order confirmations, delivery updates and revised lead times from suppliers.
- Analyse sales history, stock levels and reorder requirements to support effective purchasing and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Coordinate the goods-in process, ensuring deliveries are accurately checked, received and allocated correctly.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods and other inventory-related issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory data, including creating new items and updating existing product and stock information.
- Coordinate customer returns and credits, working with Sales, Warehouse and Finance to ensure these are processed accurately and efficiently. xgikmsk
