We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer - Bid Coordinator with graphic design skills to join our growing marketing team and take the lead in developing visually engaging RFPs, presentations and marketing materials. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a central role in bringing client briefs and campaigns to life with creative visuals and clear, compelling messaging. This is a hybrid role that blends design expertise with bid coordination, requiring close collaboration with our sales team to transform client briefs into impactful visual narratives and expert-level copy.

Tsunami Axis is one of Europe’s largest furniture dealer consultants, specialising in delivering large scale furniture projects helping to create spaces that transform the way people work. With our five UK and four EU locations, we service our clients across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on creating presentations, proven copywriting experience, particularly in bid/tender writing or persuasive business communication and experience designing for high-value B2B clients, ideally in professional services or architecture/design industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high-quality presentations and RFP responses that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand project objectives and craft visually-driven concepts that support their goals.
  • Translate complex information into clear, engaging graphics, illustrations, and supporting copy.
  • Write and refine persuasive responses to tender questions, ensuring all content is tailored, articulate, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Lead post-tender debriefs to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance existing content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials, acting as a guardian of our visual identity.
  • Support wider marketing efforts by creating assets for digital and print campaigns, social media, and email communications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Organise, maintain, and administrate all tender-related content and resources.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on creating presentations.
  • Expert-level skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Proven copywriting experience, particularly in bid/tender writing or persuasive business communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to various feedback.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling through pitch decks and presentations.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset and an eye for detail.
  • Experience designing for high-value B2B clients, ideally in professional services or architecture/design industries.
  • Knowledge of sustainability or circular economy messaging is a plus.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with After Effects, Figma, or video editing software.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • Prior experience in art direction or campaign ideation.
