What you'll be doing
- As a Project Manager, you'll own the successful delivery of multiple client projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- Create clarity through strong planning, governance and communication.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and project teams through proactive collaboration.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities and accountability.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, balancing quality, timelines and project profitability.
- Identify risks early and take proactive action to keep projects on track.
- Adapt confidently to changing priorities while protecting delivery outcomes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive a seamless client experience by anticipating needs and communicating with clarity and confidence.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve delivery, processes and ways of working.
- Ensure high-quality outputs by championing TST delivery standards.
- Capture lessons learnt and share best practice across the PM team.
