What you'll be doing

  • Own the successful delivery of multiple client projects from mobilisation through to completion.
  • Create clarity through strong planning, governance and communication.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and project teams through proactive collaboration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities and accountability.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness, balancing quality, timelines and project profitability.
  • Identify risks early and take proactive action to keep projects on track.
  • Adapt confidently to changing priorities while protecting delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive a seamless client experience by anticipating needs and communicating with clarity and confidence.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve delivery, processes and ways of working.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs by championing TST delivery standards.
  • Capture lessons learnt and share best practice across the PM team.

You’ll also play an important role in strengthening client relationships by:

  • Building trusted client partnerships through reliable delivery.
  • Recognising opportunities to add value and working with senior colleagues to support business growth.
  • Demonstrating commercial awareness across scope, effort, quality and profitability.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience in a Project Management role within a consultancy, agency, professional services or another client-facing environment.
  • Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects from mobilisation through to successful completion.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing project governance, budgets, forecasting, risks and reporting.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of scope, effort and project profitability.
  • A passion for learning, leadership and organisational development.

Location: London SE1 / Hybrid (with flexibility to attend the office at least once a week/when required)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £42,000–£52,500 for Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, depending on experience.
