About TST Events: TST Events specialises in providing staffing solutions to support and manage high-profile events. We work with key Rail network clients across London, delivering exceptional service at major events such as Comic-Con, Formula E, football matches, and Bus Replacement Services.
We are looking for motivated and proactive leaders to join our team as Event Team Leaders (ETLs). If you have strong leadership skills, can inspire a team, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate Teams: Supervise and inspire event staff, ensuring they perform at their best and deliver excellent service.
- Ensure High Standards: Oversee staff operations, maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to company expectations.
- Support Event Logistics: Assist in coordinating rail services and event operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Crowd Management & Customer Support: Guide and assist customers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Complying with all Health and safety event & location specific requirements.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Handle challenges proactively, offering quick and effective solutions.
- Liaise with Management: Provide clear, professional feedback and reports on events to improve future operations.
- Maintain Punctuality & Reliability: Set the standard for timekeeping and professionalism within the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.
- Physically fit - able to be on your feet for long hours and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Methodical & Systematic approach to tasks.
- Based in East London.
Additional Role Details:
- Flexible Zero-Hour Contract - Work between 1-40 hours per week depending on event requirements.
- Varied Schedule - Events run Monday-Sunday, offering flexibility.
