Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure efficient scheduling and quality control during the installation process.
- Controls engineer with strong automation programming background (minimum 5 to 7 years), CPG/FMCG experience, AVEVA, PLC programming background.
- Support the Client site with FDS checking and testing plans.
- Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during installations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all installations meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and project completion.
- Maintain detailed records of installation activities, including schedules and progress reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to vendors/contractors and internal teams as needed.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations such as IEC, ISO, and ANSI.
- Proven experience in contractor coordination and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Provide support for risk assessment and automation controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, and communication.
