Job Description & Skill Requirement:

  1. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure efficient scheduling and quality control during the installation process.
  2. Controls engineer with strong automation programming background (min 5 to 7 years), CPG / FMCG experience, AVEVA, PLC programming background.
  3. Support the Client site with FDS checking and testing plans.
  4. Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during installations.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all installations meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  6. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and project completion.
  7. Maintain detailed records of installation activities, including schedules and progress reports.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to vendors/contractors and internal teams as needed.
  9. Ability to work on multiple projects.
  10. Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations such as IEC, ISO, and ANSI.
  11. Proven experience in contractor coordination and project management.
  12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  13. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  14. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  15. Provide support for risk assessment and automation controls.
  16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, and communication.
