As our Transport Compliance Administrator, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Compliance Manager to keep TST Group's fleet safe, road-legal, and running without a hitch. What You'll Do:

  • Keep our fleet management system spotless uploading vehicle records, MOTs, service schedules, and inspections
  • Maintain and file all asset records in line with fleet procedures and statutory regulations
  • Update driver records, run licence checks, and add new drivers to our system
  • Track daily defect reports and walk-around inspections, working with the workshop team to keep repairs moving
  • Liaise with third-party maintenance providers to chase missing paperwork, invoices, and vehicle release times
  • Keep compliance documentation accurate and audit-ready
  • Support insurance claims, damage reports, and incident reporting
  • Pitch in wherever the Compliance Manager needs you
