Are you a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant? We are seeking SEN Assistants to join our growing support teams in SEN schools assisting young people with additional needs. Many of our students have PMLD, and are neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, SEMH), and need 1:1 or 2:1 support within our client schools.
We’re especially keen to connect with those who:
- Have experience working with SEND (or a passion to learn)
- Are calm, creative, and consistent
- Can build strong, trusting relationships with young people and families
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Are available part-time or full-time from September 2025
