TSSI Recruit on behalf of our client mainstream primary school are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Reception Teaching Assistant to join one of their reception class to start immediately. This is a full-time role Monday – Friday, to December 2025.

About the role
Working as a full time teaching assistant in reception, the school are looking for an individual to support children in their crucial early learning journey, with the below-
* Experience working with pupils in EYFS or KS1
* Experience working on a 1-2-1 basis with pupils
* Supporting pupils with their learning, play and social development
* Assisting the class teacher with daily activities and routines
* Helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment
* Be able to commit to a full academic term full time to December 2025
* Have xiskglj a DBS on the update service, or be willing to acquire one from TSSI Recruit.
* Be punctual and enthusiastic daily
* Supporting the class teacher where needed
