- Installing & maintaining CCTV, access control, PA/VA, DCIS and integrated comms systems
- Running, terminating and testing structured cabling & fibre
- Installing containment, power supplies and field equipment
- Electrical testing, fault finding and certification
- Supporting commissioning and handover
- Working to approved rail standards, WPPs and method statements
Electricians should have:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent
- 18th Edition (BS7671)
- Experience with LV/ELV supplies for SISS equipment
- Competence in testing, inspection & fault diagnosis
SISS Engineers should have:
- Strong background in CCTV, DCIS & access control installs
- Experience in networked / IP based systems
- Knowledge of structured cabling & integration
Essential:
- Valid PTS Rail or infrastructure experience
- Ability to work independently on site
- Strong focus on safety & quality
