Requirements for the HSEQ Advisor β Proven HSEQ Advisory experience in the rail sector. β Experience in Rail Industry HSEQ β NEBOSH General Certificate β Internal Auditor β Knowledge of accident investigations and reporting procedures β A sound knowledge of CDM, ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 β Ability to adapt ideas and approaches to suit changing priorities or solutions β Well organised, diplomatic, proactive, assertive and well-disciplined Preferred Requirements for the HSEQ Advisor β NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level H&S qualification β CMIOSH β Lead Auditor β IEMA/CQI membership β CSCS Main Duties for the HSEQ Advisor β Provide HSEQ support to company projects β Assist in the development of HSEQ related documentation including CPP, WPP, TBS, RAMS β Delivering reports on safety, quality and environmental performance to the Head of HSEQ β Promoting the awareness of HSEQ issues and activities across the projects β Receive, review and disseminate HSEQ information β Organisation of investigations into incidents and accidents, reporting of conclusions and implement corrective actions as necessary β Maintain liaison with Trackwork Clients, Network Rail, Enforcement Agencies and Third Parties on HSEQ issues β Support the Head of HSEQ in developing HSEQ Strategies and maintaining third party accreditations β Take stewardship of the internal and external audit program and support area offices in respect to third party HSEQ audits
