- Role: Building Services Estimator (Mechanical)

JD:
- Proven estimating experience on Rail / Commercial / Industrial projects
- Detailed understanding of RMM and NRM measurement methods
- Ability to technically review quotations in detail
- Strong experience dealing with and managing the supply chain
- Experience in preparing budget cost estimates
- Experience with Amtech/Trimble software strongly desirable
