Our client requires a Building Services Estimator to join their London team:

  • Role: Building Services Estimator (Mechanical)
  • Contract: 6 months (extendable)
  • Location: London (Hybrid 4 days in office, 1 working from home)
  • Remuneration: £450-£550 p/d
  • Client: M&E Design and Build

JD:

  • Proven estimating experience on Rail / Commercial / Industrial projects
  • Detailed understanding of RMM and NRM measurement methods
  • Ability to technically review quotations in detail
  • Strong experience dealing with and managing the supply chain
  • Experience in preparing budget cost estimates
  • Experience with Amtech/Trimble software strongly desirable
