We’re looking for Project Engineers to join a growing security solutions team installing and supporting CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and perimeter security across private estates, commercial sites, and high-value assets. This is a hands-on role with exposure to a variety of technologies and large, high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and support CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and perimeter security systems
- Work across private estates, museums, and high-value asset sites
- Cable and integrate systems with support from specialist cabling team
- Follow strict security protocols, including DBS checks and confidentiality agreements
Requirements
- Strong experience in security installation (not fire-only)
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Comfortable working on highly confidential sites
- Location-dependent: Bromsgrove roles within ~25 mins of HQ; South/M5 corridor roles for HNW estates
- Willingness to participate in on-call rota once trained
