The Opportunity
As Business Director, you will take ownership of the FM Hard Services division, driving both revenue growth and market expansion. You will play a pivotal role in setting the direction of the team, developing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across core sectors including Defence, Justice & Immigration, Fire & Security, and Commercial & Residential. This role is ideally suited to an experienced recruitment professional who combines strong billing capability with leadership ambition and a desire to influence wider business strategy.
