TSS Talent Partners are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established, Midlands-based recruitment business to appoint an experienced Divisional Manager within their Driving & Logistics division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware recruitment professional to step into a leadership role within a respected and growing organisation.

The Role

As Divisional Manager, you will take ownership of a successful Driving recruitment division, leading from the front in a hands-on capacity. This is a delivery-focused role (70% delivery / 30% strategy), where you will play a key part in maintaining high service standards while driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Driving & Logistics consultants
  • Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across a loyal client base
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Support key placements and prioritise business-critical roles
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager on new business opportunities
  • Attend client meetings and contribute to business growth strategies
  • Identify potential challenges and proactively implement solutions

About You

  • Proven experience within Transport & Logistics / Driving recruitment
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
