Our client is a highly-renowned law firm with an excellent reputation for the services it provides, and the firm's distinguished Medical Negligence department is now looking for a dedicated and talented Chartered Legal Executive or non-qualified Fee Earner to join the team in Bradford.
The Clinical Negligence team is made up of experienced lawyers in this field and as a result handles a variety of high-value, complex work. As part of this team you will often be exposed to a varied degree of cases which involve the need to go to trial.

The team is friendly and supportive, with an atmosphere that really encourages personal and professional development, making this the perfect opportunity for a Chartered Legal Executive looking to hone their skills and become an expert in this field. For the right individual, there will be a clear path of career progression.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience with good understanding of the law relating to clinical negligence and strong experience of managing a case load of clinical negligence files. In addition, experience with supporting on personal injury work would be a strong advantage. This is, however, an approximate guideline, and the firm is willing to consider candidates who fall closely outside this yet can demonstrate the relevant skills and enthusiasm for the role. Experience of trial work is desirable but by no means necessary so long as you have a firm willingness to learn.
