Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations on a social housing site, reporting to a Contracts Manager
- Coordinate kitchens, bathrooms and additional internal and external works
- Produce progress reports, monitor schedules and document quality control
- Plan and manage subcontractors and direct staff
- Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks
- Ensure site materials are ordered within lead times to maintain a constant flow of work
- Conduct site walks/visits to verify health and safety compliance and perform quality checks
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Site Manager on similar schemes
- Full UK driving licence
- SMSTS and First Aid certificates
