TSR Recruitment are currently looking to source a Site Manager for a regional construction business with a project in Redditch. This role will suit a site manager with experience in cladding and facades in a commercial setting. This is a new build scheme working on a tier 1 contractor site. This is a 10-week assignment with the potential of future work within the façade, cladding and roofing sector in the Midlands.
The Role
- Site health and safety monitoring and enforcing
- Liaise effectively with other site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations.
- Coordinate with clients to review and adhere to programme schedules and ensure the work is completed as planned.
- Reporting to Project Manager, update on progress
