TSR are currently looking for a Construction Quality Administrator to commence work on a temporary basis – Start date Monday 10th February (This is negotiable for the right candidate).
Location – Sheffield/Chesterfield
Duration – 3 months
The successful candidate will be responsible for evidence population and lodgement preparation. The role will involve liaising with contractors and site teams to request, collate and prepare evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient Measures carried out to specific standards. You will collaborate across the business and wider group, to provide administrative support for retrofit related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collation of all necessary paperwork associated with installation of Energy Efficiency measure in line with PAS 2035:2019 & MCS process
- Working closely with project Retrofit Coordinators ensuring PAS & MCS installation paperwork is provided in line with the main contract programmes
- Provide compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures
- Upload documentation to various locations/share points
- Ensure that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission information
- To ensure all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines are adhered to
- Engage with sub-contractors to support the effective development and delivery of projects within compliance
- Request Client shared folder access for the upload of all complete lodgement evidence on project completion
- Using your own initiative, have a high attention to detail and be proactive
- Travel to additional sites that require further assistance as and when required
- To be prepared to work on any projects and initiatives at short notice to support the change in needs of the business
- Confident to manage own workload and the ability to prioritise efficiently
- Ability to meet agreed deadlines set out by the contractual obligations from the client
- Strong communication skills, (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel)
- Have the confidence to raise any potential issues regarding the quality of the evidence supplied
- Collaborate with other project stakeholders as required
- Support colleagues as and when required
- To act in the best interests of the company at all times
