Due to their continued success, a Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the established commercial team in Lincoln, working closely with contracts managers delivering projects valued up to £20m in a variety of sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, negotiating, and reviewing tender and contract cost submissions
  • Tracking project commercial performance and providing updates
  • Producing monthly valuations for completed works
  • Pricing, assessing, and managing project variations from start to completion
  • Procuring subcontractors and securing competitive subcontract quotations
  • Forecasting and cost reporting

Qualifications:

  • Quantity Surveying degree or HND
  • IT literate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with JCT/NEC contracts
