Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise working on highways / civil projects?

TS Recruitment is working with an established highways and civils contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage several highways schemes.

  • 9.00- 5.00 Monday to Friday (Friday early finish)
  • Role Responsibilities
  • Commercially run your own projects with typical project values from £20k to £500k
  • Review enquiries and cost work
  • Review and submit tenders
  • Visit site (1-2 days per week) to scope work and also carry out valuations
  • Complete monthly valuations and submit to clients
  • Prepare final accounts for submission
  • Subcontractor payment approval
  • Procurement of materials and labour costs
  • Support and liaise with the Managing Director

About the Company: Long established civils and highways contractor

Projects valued between £20k - £500k

Work on domestic and commercial highways projects for renowned contractor sand house builders

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years plus experience as a QS ideally for a highways / civils contractor
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
  • A diverse experience including estimating and Quantity Surveyor duties
  • Forward thinking and dynamic
