Job Description:
I am currently working with a prominent facilities management company that is looking to expand its team with a skilled Building Services Engineer to work on a static site in Hertfordshire. The role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPM and reactive repairs on HVAC and building services systems
- Attend emergencies and handle callouts as required
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe, serviceable condition
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Electrical Installation/Maintenance
- 18th Edition
- Mechanical/electrical expertise in building services
