Responsibilities:
- Preparing, negotiating, and reviewing tender and contract cost submissions
- Tracking project commercial performance and providing updates
- Producing monthly valuations for completed works
- Pricing, assessing, and managing project variations from start to completion
- Procuring subcontractors and securing competitive subcontract quotations
- Forecasting and cost reporting
