Overview
Health & Safety Advisor – Lincoln. This role is offered on a permanent basis with a salary of £35,000 - £42,000 plus package. TS Recruitment are assisting a regional construction business in Lincoln to source a Health and Safety Advisor. The role involves monitoring sites of varying sizes and values across the Lincolnshire region and surrounding areas. The contractor has over 50 years of construction experience and trading history. Due to increasing workload, the company requires an additional Health and Safety Advisor to support the existing HSE Team.
Responsibilities
- Support and develop training, processes, briefings and toolbox talks
- Site inspections and audits
- Produce reports and recommendations for improvement
- Create and implement construction phase plans
- Update and maintain records
- Build and establish relationships
Qualifications & Experience
- Competent IT skills
- NEBOSH (Construction preferred)
- Experience of working in a health and safety role
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of current CDM and Health & Safety legislation
- Full UK driving licence, willing and able to travel to sites and offices
