Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all civils and groundworks on new build projects with values from £6-12 million
- Read technical drawings and liaise with the no1 Project Manager / Site Manager
- Manage direct labour & subcontractors, offering technical guidance
- Ensure quality control & maintain accurate project documentation
- Conduct site inductions & toolbox talks
- Typical work will include earthworks, deep excavations, utilities, car parks and slabs for new build care home projects
- Order materials and maintain commercial awareness
- Support and learn from senior site management
The role will include working away from home as sites can be from the Midlands to Newcastle.
