The opportunity is to join a London based IT Managed Services Provider as a Technical Account Manager. The role is to look after an existing SMB customer base, helping to resolve everyday issues as well as help them plan their future IT spend/strategy. It is a 100% farmer/relationship management role rather than any hard sales or hunting. The basic salary is £50,000 (this is a non-commissioned role).
The ideal candidate will have experience within an IT MSP environment, either currently working as a Technical Account Manager or a former engineer with good commercial skills, looking to move into account management. You would need to have reasonable technical understanding of the Microsoft stack, networking, cyber security and storage.
