This opportunity is with a leading Kent based IT MSP which is circa 80 people strong. The organisation owns its own data centres, with other infrastructure to help deliver high quality and cost efficient solutions.

The role is to be a Key Account Manager, looking after 20 of the company's largest customers around London and the South of England, which include several hundred to several thousand user customers, a mix of financial services, insurance, etc.

The responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships
  • Retaining accounts
  • Helping roadmap future IT spend
  • Identifying white space within accounts
  • Upselling/cross-selling where appropriate

The basic salary is circa £70,000 plus uncapped commission with a £120k OTE. Tech sold includes Microsoft Azure, 365, managed services, support, AI, data centre, projects/professional services, etc.

This is a home-based and client-facing role, with the need to only visit the Kent offices once a fortnight/month.
