- Partner with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to support new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
- Act as the technical authority during customer meetings, discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations.
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer business drivers, risks, and compliance requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into well-defined technical solutions aligned to the companies services.
- Present and articulate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide expert input into security, compliance, architecture, and operational considerations during the sales cycle.
Tech stack – MS 365, Azure, AD, Networking (Firewalls, LAN/WAN and VPN's), Managed Security Services, Backup, DR, Virtualisation, Server, Storage and Endpoint hardware.
